East Meets West & Beyond ‘25
Monday 2nd June — Sunday 8th June 2025
SilverBell Global’s Fourth Annual Restorative Wellness, Psycho-Education and Mental Health Retreat at The Falcon Hotel, Castle Ashby, Northampton, UK.
“A unique retreat experience allowing so much deep connection with everyone taking part - a mix of ages and life stages supported and nourished by the food, nature, and wisdom of so many experts….”
- East Meets West Attendee 2024
Each summer on the sacred grounds of Castle Ashby, the ancestral home of Lord and Lady Northampton, SilverBell Global creates a transformative week of holistic healing, facilitated by world-class Healers, Physicians, Clinicians, and Expert Practitioners from all over the world.
Mornings are spent in psycho-educational workshops guided by global leaders in mental health, such as polyvagal theory pioneer Deb Dana and internationally recognized breath and movement specialist Betsy Polatin, MFA, SEP.
The workshops are followed by curated daily programmes combining traditional and non-traditional wellness activities such as yoga, sound baths, walking meditations, ancient woodland walks, equine therapy, strength and empowerment training, and so much more.
Guests embark on a journey from thinking mind to inner silence to tap into intuition, reflection, and awareness, joining in community with others to embrace the transformative power of communal healing and creativity.
“A remarkable retreat. SBG’s dedication, generosity, and inspirational leadership have left an indelible mark on my life.”
