New Routes to Regulation

~ personal pathways to resilience and hope

with Deb Dana

(now online)

Saturday Feb 15th & Sunday Feb 16th, 2025

In light of your thoughtful input, we've decided to offer a free virtual alternative to the planned in-person training so we may continue to support one another during this unimaginable devastation.

Whether in tragedy or triumph, Deb's Rhythm of Regulation presents an opportunity to co and self-regulate and find deeper connection.

In the spirit of safety and healing, Deb and I invite you to explore using the principles of Polyvagal Theory to discover New Routes to Regulation - personal pathways to resilience and hope.

If you would like to join, please share your email address in the form below, to receive a Zoom link for Deb’s virtual Community Support Workshop.

The adjusted schedule will be as follows:

  • Saturday, Feb 15th, 11AM EST - 2PM EST; 3PM EST - 5PM EST

  • Sunday, Feb 16th, 11AM EST - 2PM EST; 3PM EST - 5PM EST

We are honoured to invite you to join clinician, consultant, author, and speaker Deb Dana for a workshop on the art of befriending the nervous system to regain safety and connection. It is a privilege to have world leaders in the field of polyvagal theory, trauma recovery, kundalini yoga and coaching come together for two enriching days of sharing and learning with the SilverBell Global community and SBG friends.

We aim to create a safe, protective environment to support the transformative work Deb Dana has created around Polyvagal Theory and the nervous system.

“It is not just the essential information that is so beautifully and generously imparted, it is the generosity of spirit and warmth with which it is given.”
