Workshop with Deb Dana (now online)

Saturday 15th Feb & Sunday 16th Feb, 2025

We have decided to pause Deb Dana’s in-person training (Deb Dana: Befriending the Nervous System) in light of the fires. We have already refunded those who have paid to free up essential funds for survival, self-care, and donations.

Instead, we are offering a free, virtual alternative to the planned in-person training so that we can connect and support one another during this unimaginable devastation.

If you would like to join, please share your email address in the form below, to receive a Zoom link for Deb’s virtual Community Support Workshop.

The adjusted schedule will be as follows:

  • 15th Feb, 11AM EST - 2PM EST; 3PM EST - 5PM EST

  • 16th Feb, 11AM EST - 3PM EST; 3PM EST - 5PM EST

We are honoured to invite you to join clinician, consultant, author, and speaker Deb Dana for a three-day immersive workshop on the art of befriending the nervous system to regain safety and connection. It is a privilege to have world leaders in the field of polyvagal theory, trauma recovery, kundalini yoga and coaching come together for three enriching days of sharing and learning with the SilverBell Global community and SBG friends.

We aim to create a safe, protective environment against the backdrop of Santa Monica Beach and the Pacific Ocean to support the transformative work Deb Dana has created around Polyvagal Theory and the nervous system.
